Contemporary copy of an unsigned and undated petition from the citizens of New Hampshire to the King of Great Britain (George II), requesting that New Hampshire be joined with the province of Massachusetts Bay and protesting the actions of New Hampshire's London agent, John Thomlinson, who had petitioned the King for a separate governor.
